Almaxco Aluminium Composite Panel is a leading manufacturer of Aluminium Composite Panels in China since 1997. We are a Joint-Venture Company with Maxgrow Pte Ltd, a Singapore based company who is a major share-holder in our factory. Maxgrow Pte Ltd is the Worldwide Agent and handles all our company s exports. We channel all our exports through our Singapore office and export to over 32 countries.
Almaxco panels have been installed in many International prestigious projects like the Ho Chi Minh International Airport, The Singapore MIND School, GC Vietnam-Cambodia Border Duty Free Centre, GMCT Bank Building, The Marish International Hotel, just to name a few. Almaxco has 18 distributors worldwide who import, stock and supply Almaxco Brand Panels in their authorized markets.
Our production facility is near the city of Shanghai in the People Republic of China. Almaxco produces more than 13,000SQM of ACP per day. We are an ISO 9001 certified company with state of art machineries which are imported from Europe. Our Company has also achieved a UKAS Quality Management Certification and we maintain the highest standards to meet the demands of our customers. Almaxco Aluminium Composite Panels (FR-Core) has been tested by PSB (Singapore) for its Fire-Resistant properties and has achieved a Class 0 Fire rating, according to BS476 Part 6& Part 7 as well as a 2 hour fire rating ( 120 min) according to ASTM E119-07 standards from Guardian Fire Test Labs in New York, USA.
Almaxco ACP is made from the highest quality raw materials such as Alcoa and South West Aluminium Coils (Alloy 1100, 3003), Dupont Bynel Resins, Dupont Adhesive Tapes, PPG & Beckers paint, GE Betz Degrease Pematreatment and Knyar 500 fluorocarbon PVDF resin paint coating. Our Panels come in both Polyester & PVDF finishes and we manufacture two types of core namely Polyethylene (PE) core and Fire-Resistant Mineral Core (FR-core).
Customers have the option to choose from a wide variety of 30 standard colors as well as choose any RAL Color which they may need for their projects. With our in-house paint coating facility, Almaxco can match any of the RAL color codes with a smooth and even finish. Almaxco can also OEM/ODM customer s brand as long as there is a long tem and quantity commitment.
