3Dimensional Imaging System for The Reconstruction and analysis of Coronary arteries in Real Time
Details
The system performs 3D reconstruction of coronary arteries in real-time using two standard angiography images. As a quantitative tool, it performs measurements based on 3D vessel analysis, overcoming confounding factors such as foreshortening and tortuosity. Accurate 3D visualization and quantitative data assist in determining the optimal treatment strategy and selecting interventional devices. The 3D system calculates vessel and stenosis parameters such as diameter, length, eccentricity and angulation. The system analyzes complex anatomies, such as bifurcations and tortuous lesions. The software is the worlds first commercial 3D imaging system for real-time use in interventional cardiology procedures. With hundreds of installations worldwide and through continuous integration with leading C-arm manufacturers, the system is the gold standard for 3D quantitative vascular analysis. Clinical Benefits Accurate, non-foreshortened lesion length measurements for device sizing 3D appreciation of vessel tortuosity Bifurcation and side branch visualization and analysis Projection-independent cross-section and stenosis diameter calculation Bifurcation analysis of the Circumflex Bifurcation analysis with side branches of the Circumflex Features 3D bifurcation visualization Side branch analysis: diameter and takeoff angle* Automatic calibration* Standalone PC-based workstation Connects to a variety of DICOM compatible C-arms Sends 3D reports to PACS* Accurate 3D-based quantitative measurements: Diameter (accuracy: +0.1 mm) Length (accuracy: +5%) Area (accuracy: +0.4 mm2) Supports image formats: 512x512 8-bit, 10-bit, and 12-bit 1024x1024 8-bit,10-bit,12-bit,14-bit and 16-bit*
