We are in need of a new or used tank to pre-cool about 5,000 gallons per day of fruit juice.

Need 2,500 to 5,000 gallon cooling tank to cool 5,000 gallons of fruit juice per day. if it is a 2,500 gallon tank, then the cooling system must be able to cool the product to 40 degrees F in 4 hours. The juice will be at a maximum input temperature of 80 degrees F. We are looking for the cooling system and an insulated stainless steel tank.
