Feed Hopper: Feed hopper comprises an extremely reinforced heavy duty steel hopper.

Feeder/Grizzly: Feed hopper incorporates a vibrating feeder with integral grizzly section supported on heavy duty coil springs steel grizzly bars are easily renewable. Twin contra-rotating a.c. vibrating motors impart a linear movement to all parts of the feeder/grizzly.

Jaw Crusher: 900 mm 650 mm (36 Inch 26 Inch) Advanced rock seizer design single up thrust toggle jaw crusher. Stress relived welded steel plate body. Steel eccentric shaft mounted in sift- aligning roller bearings. Body bearing mounted in cartridge-type housings. Both tooth manganese's steel jaws are reversible end for end; for extended operation life.

Product Conveyor: Wide belt conveyor to deliver material forward of machine. Drive is by; weatherproof electric geared motor. Conveyor features heavy duty impact idlers under crusher, lagged head section drive pulley and tail pulley mounted in screw type, adjustable take up bearings. Sealed for life bearings on all kindlers.
